Refund Policy

At Thesoo Gallery, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept product returns, we proudly offer refunds in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@thesoogallery.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we review and confirm the problem, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to send the item back.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The item is not damaged or defective.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Requests made without providing proof of damage.


Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive the amount back through your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
