At Thesoo Gallery, we operate using a dropshipping model, which means some of our products are shipped directly from our partnered suppliers. This allows us to offer a wide selection of items at affordable prices, but it also means shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Shipping Times
Because we use dropshipping, shipping may take longer than standard domestic delivery.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal with dropshipping and helps ensure faster delivery of individual items.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility, as we cannot control customs processes in each country.
Tracking Your Order
Most orders come with tracking. If tracking is not available for your product or region, we will still provide updates whenever possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or reship the item.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos and your order number.
We will provide a full refund—no return required.
